Event last Saturday at the Spruces went quite well for first time. Definitely proof that the concept worked, despite a dearth of snow for events like snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow sculpture, etc.
Intention to continue next year. Considering options to add this year's to race, tractor rides, smores firepit, etc. Pleased at the number of people who stopped by and some good visibility for the park and it's amenities for some people who probably have not otherwise visited.
Have some attractive long sleeved t-shirts for sale with proceeds benefiting Friend of Linear Park available at Town Hall.
The event team is already putting together plans for an Easter Egg Hunt there on April 20.
