The Wildlands Walleye Team is in a direct partnership with The Lake Eau Claire Association. The project currently has 8 walleyes with transmitters on Lake Eau Claire that have been tracked since May of 2015. All of the fish are adult males varying between 16 and 18 inches. The team plans on putting transmitters on two more fish. So far there has been some very interesting and compelling data. The project will continue throughout the duration of the life on the transmitters which is expected to be about 2 years.
