The 2008 Natures Coastal Holiday display will fill Azalea Park with more than 350,000 lights from Dec. 1 through Dec. 24.
The Rotary Club of Brookings-Harbor is one of the organizers of the event, along with the Brookings-Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Brookings Lions Club, and the City of Brookings.
The display is sponsored by donations from dozens of businesses and individuals. Volunteers string the lights and host the event. Members of the Rotary Club will be the hosts on Tuesday, Dec. 9, and again on Tuesday, Dec. 23.
The show is open from 5 to 9 p.m. nightly. Admission is $1 for adults; children under 12 are free.
Hot cider and gingerbread cookies are served free of charge every night.
Santa Claus has made arrangements to be on hand on the evenings of Dec. 19, 20, 21 and 24. Photos will be available for $5.
