Parent Resources for Health and Nutrition

Important changes in vaccine requirements for 2017-18 school year.

If you do not have insurance to cover the cost of immunizations, please call the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Whitehall at 610-821-6770 to schedule an appointment for immunizations.

School Messenger

School Messenger texting feature implemented to now receive district notifications via text message.  If you have added your number in the text message field through the student update site you are eligible to opt-in to receive the messages via text.  If any changes need to be made after completing the update site please contact your child's school.

This summer, a letter was sent home asking you to go online and review, verify and update your student's information.  It is extremely important that this is completed to ensure your child's school has the most accurate information.  In the event of a school or student emergency we may not have the necessary contact information which could delay us in being able to contact you.

You can enter this site either from the district website at www.whitehallcoplay.org, and clicking on the Update Student Information link on the front page, or directly to, https://update.whitehallcoplay.org

This review can be completed anywhere you have access to the internet.  If you need access to a computer, you can visit the Whitehall public library during normal business hours, and utilize their public computers.

If you no longer have your login user name and pass word, contact your child's school for that information.  We request that this be completed by September 23rd,, 2016.  Thank you for your time in completing this very important information.

If you did not receive a notification of approval letter for free lunch, you need to complete a new application for this year.  The application is located on our school web page.  Click on the PA School Meals website and follow the instructions.


The Department of Health is currently holding immunization clinics across the commonwealth to provide vaccines at little or

No cost for children through 18 years of age who are Medicaid eligible, uninsured, underinsured, or American Indian or Alaska Native.


The cost is $5 per child (payable by check or money order) for families above income guidelines. No child will be turned away

Because of an inability to pay.
