We are pleased to announce a new course this semester - Music Appreciation.
Our accompanist, Dan Knight, is offering students in the 8-11 year age range
an eight week course starting October 1.
The class meets Saturdays at noon-1pm and ends on November 17.
See the Fall Semester tab for more information and registration form.
The Community Ballet Program has been providing ballet technique classes to students for over 25 years in the Scales Fine Arts Center of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Starting with basic steps for children in pre-kindergarten and progressing through advanced techniques, classes are offered on a semester basis.
New students are welcome in both Fall and Spring semesters when space is available. Email your child's full name, date of birth including year, and list of previous dance instruction, if applicable, to firstname.lastname@example.org for placement instructions. Class schedule document includes class days and times and placement details. New students with multiple years of dance instruction will be evaluated for placement during standard class times.
A one week summer intensive is offered each August for students who meet the criteria of age and experience.
Detailed information is provided in documents attached to this page and to each page of the site. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments about our program or our site.
We look forward to welcoming your child to the Community Ballet Program.
