Great job to everyone who competed this past Thursday in Dedham. There were great efforts all around. It makes us proud as coaches to see steady improvement as we move forward. I also want to compliment you all for your sportsmanship and encouragement of one another and our opponents. It always feels good to hear coaches from other teams complement our team's character and behavior. It is all we can ask as coaches to work with student-athletes who tremendously represent themselves, our team and our school. Keep up the great work!

This week is a short week for us. We have a practice on Monday and a race on Tuesday home against Kennedy-Natick. Because of short Wednesday and no school on Thursday, we only have 2 Cross-Country days this week, so I am expecting everyone to attend Monday's practice and Tuesday's race.
