Great job by everyone in Dedham yesterday. You all continue to work so hard and produce amazing results! Remember that there is always room for improvement and Cross-Country is a sport where you keep making new goals and challenges for yourself. Don't ever stop trying to get better!
After a well deserved weekend off, we are back at it with practices on Monday and Tuesday with an away race to follow in Needham on Thursday. Be sure to check the away rosters in this section to confirm that you will be on the bus for this race. These rosters will appear in tabs later in the official rosters page as well.
I spoke about this on the bus yesterday so for those of you that did not hear we are going to have 2 apparel items this year for you to purchase if you would like. One is a Under Armour long sleeve running shirt and the other is a pair of very stylish (and comfy) sweatpants. Both are $25 in price. You can choose to order one, both or neither. The choice is yours. We will hand out order forms in practice on Monday and Tuesday, but an electronic order form will be available on the website in the Important Documents and Links Page. We will also have samples for you to look at in practice on Monday and Tuesday as well so you can know what sizes you need.
Again, tremendous job by everyone this week. 2 successful races and a new practice plan all in one week! Congrats!
