The West Side Anglers represented well at the High School Fishing State Championship with the highest team finish going to Tanner Fife and Tristen Cottrell weighing in their four fish bag of 8lbs 8ounces for a 16th place finish out of 114 teams. Although the anglers did not make the top 10% cut to qualify for Nationals, their next stop will be the High School Fishing World Finals June 27th-July 1st on Lake Pickwick in Florence, Alabama.
