1.    Send in $32.00 cash or check (make checks out to CMS Yearbook) in a sealed envelope. 

2.    Make sure the envelope has

·        your child’s first and last name

·        your child’s homeroom teacher’s name

·        Yearbook Order-Ms. Quinn 

-        Parents email for receipt

3.     Have your child bring the envelope to the MAIN OFFICE and put it in Ms. Quinn's mailbox.

You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your payment was received and your order was completed
