Westerville City Schools is working with Clever to create a single roster sync with the applications we support for our students. When using these programs at school, teachers should direct their students to the Clever bookmark located in the westerville.k12.oh.us bookmark folder in the bookmark bar. Students will sign-in with their Google account and choose the program they want to use, and those programs will open up with the student already logged in. This removes the need for a student who is logged into Google, to additionally log into any of the programs that the district has provided.
At home students can access Clever by going to www.wcsoh.org, in the top right corner choose "District Portals", Choose "...for students", Choose "Clever". Log into the Clever page with a student Google account (student ID and @studentswcsoh.org). If another account appears in the log in, choose “Add Another Account” and enter your student information. If you see “Clever would like to…” Choose Allow. You should now see our district programs available to your child on the Clever page. Directions to log into Clever at home.
