About the Teacher

I earned my BA in Elementary Education from Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, ID. It took me a few more years to earn my M.Ed., but I finally got my Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University with an emphasis in Reading. I LOVE to read and I am addicted to books much to my husbands chagrin.

This is my 19th year at ALTS. I've taught 3rd grade, 6-8th grade reading and now intervention. Each grade is unique and yet pretty much the same! They are all kids who need to learn. I'm here to accomplish that goal.
