Class Expectations

Mrs. Higgins' Academic Expectations with Grading Percentage Distribution: 
(Students will complete various assignments, tasks, labs, quizzes, tests, discussions and projects individually and in groups.)

Assessments: 45%
Includes test, quizzes, projects, reports, research papers

Classwork: 50%
Includes daily bellwork, science journal entries, science labs, weekly vocabulary, review stations

Homework: 5% 
Science is best learned through inquiry. Homework typically is an extension of work not completed in class.
