We're looking for a marketing wizard to work closely with our game development teams. We're seeking a confident candidate who loves games, has marketing and publicity experience, has good interpersonal skills and knows the ins and outs of social media marketing and ad networks. The candidate should bring enthusiasm, creativity and should be prepared to stand up and be counted as an important contributor to the overall success of the team. Although prior experience would be preferable since this is a mid-senior level position, we're open to giving youth a chance if you feel you have what it takes to lead our marketing ambitions.


  • Adapt and develop the marketing and brand strategy for the weRplay games.

  • Develop social media and digital marketing strategies for the iphone and Android games.

  • Work with other departments to co-develop integrated marketing plans.

  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns adapting for local market needs.

  • Prepare and Deliver Weekly Marketing efforts.

  • Asset coordination and preparation for promotional content for print and web advertising.

  • Work alongside content team on setting up and maintaining game website and facebook page.

  • Meet, communicate and present to potential publishers and clients interested in ad campaigns.

  • PR coverage tracking and reporting.

  • Managing and updating the PR material, ensuring agencies are equipped with the very latest assets, press releases, release schedules and campaign information.

  • Dealing with incoming marketing or media related calls/queries.


  • Computer literate with good level knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

  • Project management & multitasking.

  • Understanding of Pakistani media landscape and interest in social media channels.

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Good communicator, both written and oral

  • Highly self-motivated, fast learner, proactive and keen to progress

  • Openness in working across all titles / marketing channels needed


  • Experience of working on a published title

  • Closely working with an experienced team and exposure to the processes and cycle of a game development project

  • Gaining a working understanding of the activities of a reputable game development studio

  • Boosting your communication, interpersonal and management skills while working as part of a diverse team, including artists, programmers, designers & qa analysts etc.
