How many books do I need to read in order to vote in April? 5 books
What is the deadline for reading MCBA books? Sprague 4th and 5th graders will be voting the week of April 24, 2023 so you have to read any MCBA books you want to count before that week.
Can I count a book my teacher reads aloud in class? Yes!
Is it okay if I listen to the books? Yes!

Where can I get a copy of an MCBA book to read? We have all of this year's MCBA books in the Sprague Library, but you can also try the Wellesley Free Library and you might have some in your classroom library as well.
How do I get entered in the Sprague MCBA Raffle? Keep track of the MCBA books you read. Ms. J. will give you one raffle ticket for each MCBA book you have read.
What if I've read a book already, will it still count? If you read one of this year's MCBA books over the summer than yes. If you read one of this year's MCBA books in 3rd or 4th grade then please read 5 new-to-you books from the list and then we will count that one you read before.
Do I get more votes if I read more books? No. If you read 5 books or 25 books or something in between you still get ONE vote in March when we vote.
