The SSC operates as a single decision-making team, not as a group of spokespersons representing constituent groups. Their role is to work together to find good solutions to the educational problems confronting the school.

To lead using the district vision, mission, core values
To create a school improvement plan within guidelines established by the superintendent. This includes reviewing district goals, creating a data overview, and examining and analyzing data to determine needs and create/tune our plan for continued improvement.
