WHO CAN APPLY?  Colorado and Wyoming students in their sophomore or junior year (10th or 11th grade) of high school.

STUDENT FEES:  An $800 non-refundable registration fee payable at time of scholarship acceptance (ask about payment arrangements). In cases of severe financial hardship, a request may be submitted for consideration of a partial fee waiver.  Additionally, students who choose to take the FSI course for UNC college credit are also responsible for paying UNC tuition fees (~$200/four summer science credits)

iD Tech Camps: Code, Game, Create! Held at Univ. of Denver

There will be 1 million unfilled STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) jobs by 2020-let’s get ready! Held at over 100 top universities nationwide, ages 7-17 develop real-world tech skills and experience firsthand how interests can turn into a college degree and future career. Led by hip, tech-savvy instructors, students code apps, design video games, mod with Minecraft, engineer robots, build websites, produce films, and more. Courses with only 8 students per instructor for personalized learning while students build self-confidence and meet new friends with similar interests.
