MEETS:

Attendance at meets is mandatory

  • We are a team and must depend on each other to do our parts to create success. Therefore it is preferred that all athletes stay until the end of the meet to support our team members.
  • Everyone rides the bus to away meets.  
  • Your parents and only your parentsmay take you home from an away meet. 
    • Do to scattered nature of a meet, instead of 'signing out'  a parent letter MUST be turned in to the Head Coach BEFORE we leave school for the meet stating that you will be taking your child home.

If T.E.A.M. stands for "Together Everyone Achieves More" then we ALL need to be moving together in the same direction. Top to Bottom or Bottom to Top we need to be focusing on the things that will get us ALL to our final destination.

Team Meetings:

Tiger Times will be the opening of the
1st practice of the week.
We will also meet at the end of the last practice of the week for recap of weeks events.

Practice:
  • Practices are held Monday through Friday from 3:15- 5:30 
  • Be on the track by 3:20, and warming up
  • We will practice Rain or Shine
  • Tell the Head Coach if you are going to miss practice!

Clothing & Shoes:
  • You will need running shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt
  • Have warm sweat clothes available at ALL times
  • Spikes may be worn, only on grass workouts!
  • NO PHONES!
