  • It’s “Spread the Word” week! Join the MCHS Unified Club in pledging to CHOOSE TO INCLUDE ALL Mustangs in our school community! Show your commitment this week by participating in Spirit Week! Tomorrow is Team Day. Sign the pledge and submit your screenshot at bit.ly/mchsincludes to be eligible to get a Swag Bag AND to have your name added to the Spread the Word pledge banner!
  • There will be a virtual interest meeting for anyone trying out for the boys soccer team in the Fall on June 2 at 6:30pm. Check @creeksoccer2 on Twitter for the meeting code. If you have any questions, email Coach Briley.

  • Attention students taking AP Tests this year: Please make sure you check the email associated with your College Board account for very important information regarding the setup to take your AP Exams! There is no late or makeup testing, you must test on your assigned day. Please contact your AP Teacher or Mrs. Gillespie in Student Services with any questions.
  • Today at 2:30 there will be a women's basketball interest meeting. Email Coach Harden at hharden@wcpss.net to get the google meet code, or follow us on twitter @MCHSWBB and DM us for the code.
  • Senior Yard Signs that were Pre-Ordered may be picked up today from 2:45-3:15 under the awning at the main entrance.
  • Next week, join the MCHS Unified Club in pledging to “Spread the Word: Inclusion!” Show your commitment to Spreading the Word with a Spirit Week as we celebrate the importance of choosing to include ALL Middle Creek Mustangs! Our virtual Monday will be Crazy Socks Day, Tuesday is Disney Day, Wednesday is Team Day, Thursday is Super Hero Day, and Friday is a BLUE OUT!
    Listen to next week’s announcements to virtually pledge to Spread the Word and promote inclusion; your name will be added to the Spread the Word banner and those to submit the Google Form verifying their pledge will be eligible to receive a Swag Bags!

  • Big shout out to the MCHS women's sand volleyball club. MCHS finished the regular season with the Best club in wake county and with best womens pair. Congratulations and good luck at State this weekend!!!!
  • If you purchased a class shirt from SGA earlier this year you have one more week to pick them up. Shirts are in room 3318 and will be available until friday may 14th.

Please drop off items in Mrs. Johnson's class, room 3312 or Mr. Scialdone's class, room 2214 between April 7th and April 29th.
  • Seniors, a representative from Wake Tech will be here Tuesday, April 27, from 9:00-11:00 to hold on-site admissions. You can apply and be accepted right here at MCHS! Please email your counselor or stop by Student Services to sign up!
  • Ready to get out and see the world next year? Mr. Scialdone will be leading a 10-day trip to Ireland and Scotland in June of 2022. If you're interested, see or email Mr. Scialdone for a link to the virtual interest meeting on Thursday, April 29 at 6pm.
  • Each year, the American Legion sponsors the Tar Heel Boys State during the summer. Applications for this program are available now in Student Services and are due by May 1, 2021. Please stop by Student Services to pick up the application.
  • The MCHS Stampede Club offers Ten $1,000 scholarships each year to outstanding graduating student athletes on their achievements in the classroom, in their sport(s) and in the community. The selection process is an anonymous evaluation process based on 5 key criteria: athletic team participation, athletic honors, GPA, community service and a student written essay. Applications are due to Coach Wray by 4/29 and can be found on the MCHS Stampede Club website.

  • The PreACT will be administered to 10th graders on Wednesday, April 14th. Students should bring a calculator, a mask, and two #2 pencils to the test. Testing will begin promptly at 7:25. 10th Graders should monitor their WCPSS email for additional information that will be coming soon.
  • Students of MCHS, if you are interested in the Men's and Women's wrestling team see Coach Allen in room 308. Practices begin April 12.
