West Bend Mock Trial

Mock Trial is an extra-curricular group of students who are interested in the American judicial system.  Students research legal issues, discuss courtroom fundamentals, and participate in a real-world court simulation with students assuming the roles of lawyers and witnesses.

Students represent West Bend in the statewide Mock Trial competition beginning with Regionals in February.

Mock Trial is open to all 9-12 West Bend East and West students who are in good academic standing.  There is no extra-curricular fee to participate.

Meetings are Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30PM - 4:30PM in Mr. Drake's Room #R50.  Attendance and participation at a January scrimmage and the February Regional tournament is an expectation of membership.

The Mock Trial season goes from late September to mid-February.
