This site was created to provide support of your district technologies when you are not in the building.  These how to videos will walk you through the step-by-step procedures on many different topics.  We are encouraging you to still complete a District Technology Ticket or Instructional Tech Ticket if you need specific assistance.  Please be sure to include your contact number and best time to reach you.  The Technology Group will be monitoring all tickets and support requests.  If you have any questions, please email me directly at gmanning@wbasd.k12.pa.us and I will either answer your question or forward it to the appropriate person.

Please note:  We are not the only school district implementing distant based learning.  There are over 1.3 million students in the K-12 space that may be utilizing these same services.  This does not include all of the college students who are now doing distant learning as well.  The point is things may be slow until the cloud providers determine their optimum requirements as more and more people log on.  Please be patient.
