Wayland piloted the new evaluation process in 2012-2013.  During 2013-2014, approximately 50% of staff will begin the process, and the remaining teachers will be on a pd year. PD teachers will still be required to write SMART goals and fill out the PD form.  Then in 2014-2015, all teachers will be brought into the system. Note that this timeline may change in minor ways as the language related to the new evaluation system is adopted.
