Screencastify is a simple video screen capture software for Chrome. Just press record and the content of your tab, webcam or desktop is recorded. Easily create screencasts for video tutorials, record presentations etc.
Screencastify does not depend on any plugins (like Java, Flash or others), so runs on all platforms that run Chrome (Linux, Windows, OS X) or ChromeOS (Chromebooks and Chromeboxes).

How to Videos for iMovie (for Mac)

If you are new to iMovie (like me), then maybe you'll get some use out of these how-to videos I created. This extensive 7-part series covers everything from finding clips to use (I used videos recorded by my students using SeeSaw on iPad) to adding text and credits and sharing your video when done.

Each video runs from 4-12 minutes long. Perfect little bite-sized nuggets of how-to joy. Or useful for curing insomnia.
