WAVES will have the impact to enable:

(A) the partner organisations to
  • widen their professional scope on formal and non-formal learning opportunities for adults at a European scale,
  • exchange mutual experience, develop innovative education materials and transfer best practises, learn from other partner organisations in order to improve their education provision in the field of Lifelong Learning and Adult Education throughout the process of WAVES cooperation,
  • explore non-formal adult training methods to be used at environmental or other outdoor settings,
  • compare and contrast partner countries’ adult training policies and education systems,
  • learn to work at parallel structures and schedules with other organisations at different countries in Europe, build transnational management and collaboration skills, 
  • thereby increase the quality and the multilateral cooperation among European education institutions in the field of adult learning (LLP Guide 2013)
  • gain more prestige in the local/national context, and become a role model and source of information for others, 
  • empower their cooperation with local bodies (university, municipality and other adult training organisations)
  • build a partnership understanding with other organisations to work collaboratively in other projects in the future. 
(B) the trainees/learners to
  • increase their skills of social competence, self-confidence, personal, interpersonal and intercultural communication, basic skills especially problem solving, risk assessment, decision making, goal-orientation and team work management. 
  • understand the importance of environment and the effects of human onto it, being more motivated to protect it,
  • improve mother tongue(expression) skills and foreign language skills (English, Spanish,Italian) 
  • improve their IST and ICT skills, in their integration with WAVES website uploads and downloads, creation of logo, brochure and online documents (e-book, e-docs, e-tests) and communications with partner trainees. 
(C) the providers/trainers to
  • improve their methodological skills for non-formal adult training at outdoor settings,
  • increase foreign language skills,
  • learn to work at multi-cultural contexts with foreign colleagues and trainees,
  • learn EU Education and Youth Programmes project management planning and implementation process,
  • be more motivated to collaborate with others in Europe, 
  • gain social and personal skills; build social and professional relations with others in Europe.
