Over 100 Years of Helping Watertown People in Need

About the Watertown Family Aid Association

We provide food vouchers and other necessities to families in need who reside within the boundaries of the Watertown Unified School District.

Watertown Family Aid started in 1910 by a group of local women and men whose mission was to see that every child in Watertown had a Christmas gift. Click here to read more about the history of Watertown Family Aid.

Since that time, Watertown Family Aid has evolved into providing many other services to local families in need such as:

·        Food vouchers to more than 250 families per month (approximately 160 adults/650 children).

·        Personal hygiene items (and paper products when available).

·        Shoe vouchers for grade school children during the school year

·        Winter coats donated by individuals.

·        Toys and gifts collected and distributed by “Gifts For Watertown Kids” at Christmas.

Mondays: 2-4pm
Wednesdays: 3-5pm.

The office is located in the lower level of the Watertown Senior & Community Center at 514 S. First St.
