May Term 2014‎ > ‎

On the Road

As a centerpiece of our course, we will travel to San Francisco to attend the Bay Area Maker Faire It's a fantastic celebration of the spirit of creativity, a family-friendly gathering of Makers of all stripes where you can immerse yourself in an interactive festival of the imagination.  We will host a booth called Stamp and Seek, staffed by a few students at a time.  The rest of the weekend will be spent milling about the Faire, encountering many makers and ideas, stimulating our curiosity and fueling our enthusiasm.

We will be utilizing public transportation, including BART, CalTrain, and Muni buses.
