Title I is a federal program under the No Child Left Behind legislation.  Title I funds is the largest single federal funding source for education.  All 115 state school districts receive Title I funding.
 Title I helps to ensure that all children have the opportunity to obtain a high quality education.  Title I services can include: hiring teachers to reduce class size, tutoring, parental involvement activities, professional development, purchase of materials and supplies, and assistance to the Pre-K programs.
  Title I funds are distributed to qualifying schools based on the number of low-income children in a school.  The following schools in Warren County receive Title I funds:

                                                         South Warren Elementary
                                                         Vaughan Elementary
                                                         Warren County Middle School
