About Us

Welcome!

The Warren Wilson Archery Club is a student led club whose mission is to facilitate independence, focus, and dedication in club members through the continued learning, understanding and practice of traditional and modern archery techniques.

Practices are held Saturday mornings from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, on the soccer fields. Only members who have taken and passed a safety test are allowed to handle archery equipment. For more information on joining the club, please contact us.

Events, such as Movie Nights and Bow Making workshops, are open to all students and faculty.

The Club strives to encourage active participation among all members as well as supporting individual interests. Through the study of archery, club members will gain a familiarity with the safe handling of archery equipment, a base understanding of a self-sustaining skill, access to a collective of similarly interested individuals, and the discipline of a non-competitive athletic sport.

The WWC Archery Club was officially formed in 2014 by a group of WWC students and is sponsored by faculty member Mark Brenner.
