Promote inclusion and equity within all aspects of the school's functions and with the school community.


  • Make recommendations for policies and administrative regulations related to inclusion and equity.
  • Review District initiatives and their relationship to equity issues.
  • Recommend professional development related to diversity, cultural awareness, and meeting the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Monitor student data and review plans for closing achievement gaps.
  • Implement programs and activities that support cultural and diversity awareness.
  • Promote a school culture that is welcoming to all parents and community members.
  • Review membership of committees to ensure diverse representation.
  • Complete 5-year Pupil Non-Discrimination Self Evaluation Report.
