Step 2 - Student Information and District Forms

The Walnut Creek School District uses the Aeries Parent Portal Data Confirmation process to allow parents/guardians to review and update student demographic, emergency contact, medical information and required district authorization forms.  You will also find information on school lunches, after school care and additional site forms in the portal.   The students primary contacts will be sent an email on August 6th providing the necessary information on accessing your parent account.

You are required to complete this process prior to Welcome Back Day or Tri-S (WCI) at your school.  Once you have completed & saved ALL 7 sections, you will be prompted to click 'Confirm and Continue' in order to print and sign your child(s) Emergency Card.  You will need to bring this to Welcome Back Day and/or Tri-S (WCI).  Computers and printers will be available at the school sites during the Welcome Back Day/Tri-S if you need assistance completing the process.  Please allow additional time if you need to complete the process at your school site.

Please allow enough take time to read through the instructions and all the necessary documents.

Residency Verification Requirements:  If you have a returning student(s) and you have not moved, we require that you provide 2 current bills (within the past 2 months) to re-verify residency.  Acceptable bills can be found on our Residency Page, Group 2.  At the elementary schools and Tice Creek, residency information will be checked against the Emergency Card address prior to entry to Welcome Back Day.  At WCI, residency verification begins August 1st from 9AM-3PM. You can stop by the office Monday - Friday after August 1st to verify your residency.  If you are continuing enrollment and you have moved, you will need to provide all information required for residency verification.  New students who enrolled in spring or summer for 2019-20, are not required to re-verify residency.

If you have issues accessing your Aeries Parent Portal or questions regarding residency prior to August 1st, please contact Lynnette Harada, Data Analyst at or 925-944-6850x2020.   After August 1st, you can contact your school site office manager.
