Students participating in any athletic sport at Waldron Mercy Academy must complete the proper paperwork prior to the start of their sports season. Please see forms below.

Further, all student-athletes must abide by the athletic code of conduct and comply with the Waldron Mercy Academy anti-hazing policy, also found on the WMA website.
