Do you provide housing assistance to Global 2000 organizations and Governments sending 100+ personnel to the United States?  YES for California only. We can provide you with either [free advice] or actual assistance regarding securing housing in Southern California for your personnel (for an additional fee). You will be assigned a Housing Assistance Coordinator to help facilitate a smooth and seamless interaction with local housing and utility providers. In the future, we plan to offer, at competitive prices, company-owned residential facilities to all clients.  
Do you offer assessment services to self-employed individuals and independent consultants? NO for Independent Consultants. YES for Self-Employed Professionals as long as the order is placed by your company. 
How long does it take to fill a Virtual Organization Leadership position? The typical amount of time it takes to fill a standard brick and mortar position Plus an additional 13 weeks for the assessment part.  
Is VOR a 100% virtual organization? YES. 100%. Other than that, it would be pure intellectual dishonesty on our part. WE PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH. 
Do you offer your services to all governments, military branches, law enforcement agencies, and educational institutions worldwide? YES, and regardless of geographic location, subject to any U.S. government restrictions and laws. As far as we are aware of, 99.9% of governments are allowed to use our services. 
Why do you charge a flat fee for the Virtual Organization Executive Search component of your solutions? That's because we employ a unique virtual organization executive search process based on the virtual organization recruitment discipline. 
With respect to Executive Search services, are you willing to travel to come meet with members of our Executive Search Committee? NO. We work strictly in a 100% virtual organization environment. NO TRAVEL OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. 
Under what circumstances can we meet with any of your executives face to face for [business]? NONE WHATSOEVER. All meetings are held via videoconference. 
I will soon be in your area, can we have lunch or chat over a cup of coffee?  NO. That's a very stale, antiquated, unproductive, and very ineffective "brick and mortar" practice or way of doing business. 
With respect to Virtual Organization Executive Search services, do you provide references? NO. We promise and guarantee "STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY"; therefore, we must honor our promise and guarantee. 
Why do you require a minimum of 100 personnel for government solutions? For Minimum Effect and an Effective Support System. Instead of being just one lone voice in a big bureaucracy upon conclusion of the program, 100 of your personnel can team together in order to begin to form an Effective Support System for each other as well as to band together in order to develop practical and effective ways at putting to use what they have learned from the program. 
Do you conduct recruitment for "brick and mortar" positions? NO. We only conduct recruitment for executives and professionals who will work - and LEAD - in a VIRTUAL or VIRTUAL ORGANIZATION environment. 
Is there a minimum order requirement for large companies? YES - only for Forbes Global 2000 companies and equivalent. We require a MINIMUM OF 100 candidates per virtual organization assessment order. It is a SMART AND INTELLIGENT USE of resources to have at least all 100+ individuals from your organization begin and end their training all at the same time.  
With respect to virtual organization assessment and certification services provided to foreign governments, are their candidates required to come to the United States in order to participate in this assessment?  NO. We may impose such requirement ONLY if the country's existing high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure is primitive by today's standards and not available on a 24-hour basis. In such instance, the participants would have to travel to the United States or any other advanced Western or Asian country to obtain temporary lodging. 
Are you a registered Federal Contractor with the United States government?  NO and we have no intention of becoming one. Our ordering and billing services are universal. No exception to the rule. 
If I decide to come to Southern California for the certification, would you be able to provide us with advice regarding housing assistance in Southern California? Yes, we are pleased to do so. You are still responsible for securing your own housing if you do decide to travel to Southern California.  
I am the Head of a Military Unit and am unable to meet the Minimum of 100 Personnel Assessment requirement. Can you waive that requirement? YES. Military Units and Departments which have direct authority to place an order for our services are exempt from the Minimum of 100 Personnel assessment requirement. 
Can I come to California to participate in the 90-day virtual organization leadership executive training, assessment, and certification program? You are welcome to come to Southern California or anywhere else in the United States as long as you are willing to make your own arrangements as well as incur all travel, lodging and transportation expenses at your own expense. If you do come to Southern California, we would be delighted to show you a little bit of Southern California during a leisure weekend. 
With respect to virtual organization executive recruitment services for professionals who will be working in a virtual or virtual organization environment, does VOR work on a contingency basis? NO. We do NOT follow the standard contingency recruitment or retained executive search practices and procedures that you may be accustomed to. We require "Full Payment in Advance" for all virtual organization executive search and virtual organization assessment services, regardless of the level of the position. This policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. 
How do your services differ from typical executive search or recruitment firms?  Excellent question. We only recruit Virtual Organization Executives who will work in an almost exclusively 100% Virtual Organization environment. We DO NOT recruit Executives for BRICK AND MORTAR positions. Second, we offer Virtual Organization Aptitude and Leadership Assessment, Training and Certification solutions. That is all! In other words, we DO NOT compete with typical recruitment and executive search firms. 
Can our Government or Organization just place an order for the 90-day virtual organization leadership assessment and certification solution and bypass the other services that you offer? Excellent question! The answer is Yes.  
With respect to virtual organization aptitude assessment services offered to either foreign governments or any other type of organization or institution, do you have a central BRICK and MORTAR location that these candidates can come to in order to participate? NO. NO. NO. That would defeat the entire purpose of the virtual organization aptitude assessment and certification program. You can't get on a horse to teach someone how to drive and then turn around and give them a driver's license. That is madness! If you want to teach someone how to drive, put them in a car and get on the road with them. The same thing applies to virtual organization aptitude assessment, training and certification. We have to put our candidates in a 100% virtual organization environment. 
With respect to Virtual Organization Aptitude Assessment services provided to foreign governments, is there a minimum number of candidates required per assessment and certification order? YES. We require a MINIMUM OF 100 candidates per virtual organization aptitude assessment order. It is a SMART AND INTELLIGENT USE of resources to have at least all 100+ individuals from a foreign country begin and end their training all at the same time so that they can continue collaborating with each other when they resume their normal functions. 
Why does VOR have such a rigid payment policy with respect to the "Virtual Organization Executive Recruitment" component of your services? Excellent question. Virtual Organization Executive Recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Virtual Organization Recruitment discipline, which involves a completely different process than what you are accustomed to, and which is used strictly for the recruitment of Virtual Organization Executives. We DO NOT recruit executives for BRICK AND MORTAR positions. 
With respect to candidate assessment services, besides Virtual Organization Aptitude Assessment services that VOR provides, do you provide any other types of assessment services? NO. We only offer VIRTUAL ORGANIZATION APTITUDE ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION services. We do NOT offer any kind of behavioral testing or psychological profile assessments for brick and mortar candidates. The services we provide DO NOT, IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, compete with the services of other assessment providers. 
Do you offer your services to individuals? NO. Each order must be placed by an employer's authorized official. In other words, you, the employer, must pay us directly for the service. 
I am the Head of a business unit at a Forbes Global 2000 company and am unable to meet the Minimum of 100 Personnel Assessment requirement. Can you waive that requirement? YES. Department Hiring Managers and Heads of Business Units at Global 2000 companies who have direct authority to place an order for our services are exempt from the 100 personnel minimum requirement. 
We are a Government entity. Can you make an exemption to the Minimum of 100 Personnel Assessment requirement so we can first test out your services? YES but only for your first order per offered solution. For example, if we offer a total of 20 different solutions, your organization will be able to place up to 20 separate orders, with a maximum of one order per each offered solution. That way, you get to first sample our services before you place an order which meets our minimum personnel assessment requirements. 
We are a Global 2000 company.
