Hello!

My name is Ms. Horning and I am an currently the 7th Grade World History teacher here at Waterloo Middle School

I graduated from Waterloo in 2005 and Ohio University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Integrated Social Studies Education. I also marched 4 years with the Ohio University Marching 110.

I graduated with my Masters at Akron University in Curriculum and Instruction in December of 2015 (Mild to Moderate Special Education) and obtained a certification to be an Intervention Specialist K-12.

I am starting my 8th full time year here at Waterloo but was tutor at the middle and high school level for a year and half before being hired full time. I've been an intervention specialist previous to this year's teaching assignment.
