Welcome! I am Mrs. Spellman and I am the fourth grade Math and Science teacher. I have been teaching at Waterloo Elementary for 33 years. I started my career at Waterloo as a substitute teacher and then a Title I Math tutor. I also spent many years teaching in first grade!
