Vie Capital Partners are searching for companies with the following characteristics:

• Successful growing privately held health care businesses

• Have annual sales of $5 million to $50 million

• Have a track record of profitability and EBITDA of $2 million to $5 million

• Have a sustainable competitive advantage that mitigates profit-eroding competition

• Companies willing to sell minority or majority ownership positions

• Expansion or growth capital, Acquisition, or Diversification - enable owners and operators to realize some or all of the value that they have created

• Long term investment horizon
