NAME CORRECTION



IN CASE OF DIFFER  FOLLOW INSTITUTE PROCEDURE

STUDENT HAS TO SUBMIT HAND WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR NAME CORRECTION TO DEPARTMENT GTU  COORDINATOR

ATTACHMENT IN APPLICATION WHICHEVER APPLICABLE 
1.Photo copy of student’s mark sheet of HSC/ SSC/ School Leaving Certificate/Gujarat Government Gazette copy.
Photo copy of Marksheets with wrong name (if any)..

 NOTE: The student who has already appeared in last semester examination/received Provisional Degree Certificate/Degree Certificate/ cannot apply for Name Correction.


Only complete applications SUBMITTED BY student with all documents will process BY Department GTU-coordinator by enter in GTU admin panel-Reference number on student's application and Print out of institute forwarding letter to gtu-all documents with application has to send to GTU  Coordinator


student can check status of his/her application by click ( given below) "Status of name correction application at GTU"
