The Vermont PLN is pleased to share professional learning resources and modules featuring the many reflective practices that are embedded in schools throughout Vermont.

Teachers and coaches are using the Lesson Study model of planning, teaching and reflecting to continually improve instruction in different content areas. The  Lab Classroom model is also an educational reflective practice that offers opportunities for teachers to learn and receive feedback from content masters and look at their teaching and planning together.
