Lesson 3. Soak It!

In this lesson, you will learn that you need to soak beans and nuts on a daily basis (assuming you're going to eat tomorrow!) (From Lesson Z in the eBooklet.)

Get into the habit of soaking something every day. If you plan to eat tomorrow, have something soaking on your counter top every single night. 
Soak beans and nuts in a large bowl covered with tap water overnight or during the day. (It can soak up to 24 hours if you like.)
If you don’t have time to cook the beans or nuts the following day, just store them in water in the frig. Change water every few days until you have the time to cook them.
