Lesson 31. Small pot frying

Small pot frying is when you've made a big pot of something like a slow cooker full of beans or lentils and you want to fry the spices in a little oil. 

Use a second, smaller pot to fry up your ingredients. Then you combine the fried spices with the cooked lentils.
