Spinach: Sauteed spinach

Fresh Spinach with Sliced Almonds (in 30 minutes)
Costs about $1.25 per person depending on the season and your location.
This meal has about 8 grams of protein per serving.

Fresh spinach – 1 bunch per person 
4 tbs almonds sliced or whole
2 tbs oil
2 red chili’s optional
Salt - add after all the cooking is done

1.   Thoroughly rinse the spinach using a large container to capture water
2.   Tear the spinach apart or cut it
3.   Take the rinsing water outside and leave for the plants
4.     Fry spinach in oil in frying pan add chilies if you like
5.     Don’t overfry
6.     Don’t add salt until you’re at the table
7.     Fry almond pieces separately in a little oil
8.     Stir in with spinach once it is cooked
