Popcorn snack- less
than $0.30 per snack
Time to eat: 5 minutes
Ingredients: Oil,
salt, popping corn (about 1/8 cup pop corn per person - do not cook all at
once)
Optional
ingredients: Canola, corn, olive, or sesame oils, Vegan Parmesan cheese, garlic
salt, onion salt.
1. In a pot with a
lid, put about 1 tb oil. 2. Heat pot to
medium high. 3. Drop enough popping
corn into pot so that the bottom of
the pot is covered. 4. Let kernels
cook until you hear them popping. 7. Take off of
stove and put into a bowl. 8. Add your
favorite toppings by heating some oil in a small pan and adding salt and then
drizzle over the popped corn. 5. Holding lid
down, shake corn around so the corn that has popped doesn’t get stuck on the
bottom of the pot and burn and so the unpopped kernels will fall to the bottom
of the pot. 6. Continue moving
pot so that the kernels stuck at top of the popped kernels fall down and get
popped.
These Doritos are not vegan. So you shouldn't buy it anyway. But I wanted to show you how 19 chips of Doritos is so fattening as compared to popcorn. Any food with dairy in it is deadly for cows.
