The Kitchen was used to cook meals for the fort. The Kitchen would serve two meals a day, one big meal for breakfast, and one big meal for dinner. The dinner was at 1 o’clock. It was a large seven course meal that not everyone got to eat. The higher class people got the fancy meals, the Chief Factor's House, and the lower class people cooked stews in large pots to serve a lot of people.
