This artifact is a glass bottle used to hold ink. The glass is a bluish green with a large crack in the bottom. It was used to hold the ink they used to write. It was meaningful to the owner because it allowed them to write. The archaeological themes that apply  to this artifact are Technology / Technological Change. I believe this theme applies to this artifact because I think it shows the simple but drastic change the world has made to make writing easier, art and cultural expression This theme is here because they used it for writing which means they used it to write poems and songs and to draw therefor art. The cultural expression portion is present because they could easily show their culture by the way things are spelled and or the way they write it.
