On May 16, 2017patrons of the Vallivue School District will vote on continuing the current Plant Facilities and Supplemental Levy. 

Passage of the Levies mean~
  • No increase in Vallivue Tax Levy rate
  • For facilities upkeep; technology infrastructure; building repair
  • Vallivue has utilized a Plant Facilities Levy since 1987
  • Preserve vital academic and interscholastic programs
Failure of the Levies mean~
  • Building repair needs would be neglected
  • Pay-to-play sports and activities
  • Less teachers and support staff
  • Crowded classrooms
The Vallivue School District is the second fastest growing district in the state. In order to meet the needs of rapidly growing district, we are asking Vallivue patrons to vote on May 16th for a plant facilities levy and a supplemental levy.

  • Maintain and repair roofs, heating/cooling, electrical, asphalt, grounds, safety issues
  • Purchase of property, buildings, and modular classrooms
  • Technology upgrades and services
Supplemental Levy
  • Advanced Placement programs and AVID
  • Hiring teachers to keep class sizes at a reasonable level
  • Purchasing of textbooks, curriculum, materials, and supplies for classrooms
  • Hiring Safe School Aides, Educational Assistants, School Resource Officers
  • Funding of extracurricular programs such as athletics, band choir, and after school programs

bringing the total to 323 acres of
grounds and 1.35 million square feet
of facilities to a district covering 143 square miles.
