Welcome to the 2018 Vale Middle School Football Season!
At Vale Middle School we hope that our football program helps young boys grow into responsible, respectful young men who will represent their family, community, and school with pride. We believe that football is more than just a game, it is an opportunity to teach young men life skills that will serve them well into their future.
This site is designed to provide parents with access to various resources you may find useful for the upcoming football season.
There are three main things we need from parents in order for students to participate in Football:
(Feel free to print these forms in advance. Take a sports physical form with you to your appointment.)
Students and parents are required to fill out this permission form prior to participation

Proof of Insurance
Given that accidental injury is possible during any athletic competition, student athletes are required to have health insurance.
If you don't have insurance, there is an option available at a low cost. (Click Here for Info)
Every athlete is required to be checked out by a qualified physician prior to athletic participation.

Clicking on any event will provide you with details (if there are any) for that specific event. Aways games have an embedded map if you are not sure how to get to the school we are playing at. All of this is accessible from your smart phone.
