Dear Uxbridge High School Students, Staff, Parents, and Extended Community,
We approach the start of 2017-18 will a great deal of excitement for the growth we have made as a community, with a renewed sense of purpose for what the new year will bring.  For our school community, we have a number of challenges ahead, but we know, as we adhere to and model our core values and beliefs on a daily basis, that our school will continue on its upward trajectory.
This year, we will be conducting a year-long self-study, which will culminate in our visit from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) in December 2018. Your support and feedback as we navigate the process will be critical, and we are confident that the culminating decennial report will reflect with honesty and alacrity both who we are and who we wish to be.
We realize that there are many challenges ahead. As we continue to build on the strong tradition and history of this community and embrace new opportunities, we look forward to tackling adversity, welcoming your communication and collaboration, and showcasing the high school's position as the community's flagship institution.

Sincerely yours,
Michael Rubin, Principal
