Dear Uxbridge High School Students, Staff, Parents, and Extended Community,
We approach the stretch run of 2016-17 with great energy and enthusiasm. For our school community, we have met several challenges, tackled new goals, and built an impressive academic culture with constant growth at its heart. Our core values and beliefs guide who we are, and we know that our students will enjoy seeing connections between skills in various contexts.
Soon, we will embark on a year-long self-study, which will culminate in our visit from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). We have established schoolwide core values and beliefs about student learning, and soon we will be embedding schoolwide learning expectations to help share with students and parents.
We are proud of the extracurricular, athletic, and academic exploits of our Spartans. We know that there is a great community that stands behind the students and this school, and we appreciate that partnership.
As we anticipate new challenges, embrace goals, and target new opportunities for UHS to showcase its position as the flagship of the community, we welcome your collaboration and communication.

Sincerely yours,
Michael Rubin, Principal
