2026 | Mini-Mural | UPFEST Bristol, UK
Have You Seen My Cat? was a mini-mural that was hand-painted onsite in one day. The piece explores the familiar experience of overthinking and anxiety, particularly the tendency to overlook something obvious even when it is right in front of us. The question, “Have You Seen My Cat?”, becomes a playful metaphor for searching for something that may have been there all along, while becoming caught up in one’s own thoughts.
Inspired by the artist's own experience as an overthinker, the artwork is also interested in the idea that overthinking is not always something negative. In a world that often encourages people to process information quickly and move on, taking the time to look more closely, question things, and think deeply can also be something worth embracing.
