Ann is a retired social worker and has been active at UUCC for over 30 years. She has three grown daughters, six grandchildren, and one great grandson.
What Committees, programs groups, events have you been involved in at UUCC?
Ann served as President in 1982 and 2000, has been on a ministerial search committee and a minister's sabbatical committee. More recently she has led the Adult Religious Education Committee and the Personnel Committee. She also sings in the choir and substitutes in RE. Ann loves cooking for large communal meals and recalls many happy hours in the kitchen preparing such with Don Mohr--especially a traditional southern New Years Day meal several years ago.
Why did you join the Congregation?
Ann joined the UUCC when she moved to South Carolina from New Jersey to experience community, fellowship with kindred souls, and social justice work.
