UTS expects ALL students to have:
a personal laptop running Windows or MacOS for use while they are at school (in class, during spares, etc.) that meets our Guidelines
a charger / power source for the above mentioned laptop
a headset (headphones with a microphone)
UTS Families should purchase a laptop for their child/children using the criteria outlined in our device recommendations shown here.
The UTS Information Technology department (UTSIT) can advise on a range of devices that work well in the UTS BYOD context. Feel free to reach out to UTSIT to discuss what tech solutions will work for you and your family.
