Dana was born in Houston, Texas and received her B.S. in Chemistry at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California in 2017. After graduation, Dana returned to Houston and worked as a medicinal chemist at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Institute for Applied Cancer Science. In the fall of 2019, Dana joined the Krische group and is interested in both total synthesis and method development.
