eLearning Day 1 Activities

Hello boys and girls,
    Your assignment when we are not in school is to get 30 MINUTES of some type of EXERCISE! Write down what you did and about how many minutes you did each activity for. Give it to Mrs. Karg when you come back to school.
    Try to do a few minutes of stretching first. Use any of the stretches we do in class or use your own.
    Examples: Dance to your favorite songs
                            Play Wii Fit
                             Situps, pushups 
                              Aerobic /exercise video
                               treadmill
Write down what you do and turn it in to me. Oh, and eat something healthy!!!!
